Adrian is the Founder and Executive Director of IRON Dallas. He relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth community in 2011. In that short time, Adrian developed an understanding of gaps in the community through both his own experiences and those around him. He was eager to address related issues and sought out many professionals in Dallas that relocated to hear and learn from their experiences. When it became clear to him that minority young professionals moving to the Dallas community may have challenges in  engaging with the larger business community, finding a voice in the civic space and connecting with other like-minded professionals, he created an organization that helps quickly acclimate this group to the community.

Adrian Killebrew is a savvy professional whose ability to connect others and build relationships has allowed organizations to establish meaningful business connections nationally. Adrian is a business development executive for Axxess, the fastest growing home healthcare technology company in North America, where he oversees relationships and partnerships with key industry associations, regional consultants, and national vendor partners.

Adrian has been delivering organizational management and business development strategies for over 10 years. He brings expertise from the healthcare technology, wireless, and association management industries working for organizations such as Verizon, Dallas Regional Chamber and Axxess. Adrian is currently in the pursuit of a Doctorate in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership.

Adrian’s personal brand is in lock-step with his commitment to investing in the community. He believes in the power of mentorship and professional development and puts that belief into action. He served on the board of the Heart House Dallas and is actively engaged in mentorship programs with Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals, Year Up and Education is Freedom. He is an alum of the Mayor’s Star Council, board member of Heart House of Dallas, and serves as the Vice President of the Dallas alumni chapter of his alma mater, Rhodes College. He is not only committed to his own success, but he is equally committed to the success of others.
