Meet our Team
Adrian is the Founder and Executive Director of IRON Dallas. He relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth community in 2011. In that short time, Adrian developed an understanding of gaps in the community through both his own experiences and those around him. He was eager to address related issues and sought out many professionals in Dallas that relocated to hear and learn from their experiences. When it became clear to him that minority young professionals moving to the Dallas community may have challenges in engaging with the larger business community, finding a voice in the civic space and connecting with other like-minded professionals, he created an organization that helps quickly acclimate this group to the community.
Adrian Killebrew is a savvy professional whose ability to connect others and build relationships has allowed organizations to establish meaningful business connections nationally. Adrian is a business development executive for Axxess, the fastest growing home healthcare technology company in North America, where he oversees relationships and partnerships with key industry associations, regional consultants, and national vendor partners.
